Instant thickening gelling powder.
AM Plus Clear is a gelling thickening powder based on maltodextrins and Xanthan gum, for the dietary treatment of people with swallowing disorders. AM Plus Clear has an instant thickening action and is highly soluble, tasteless and odourless. It keeps the thickened liquid transparent. Suitable for beverages. Gluten-free. Lactose-free. Amylase-resistant.
Dose the amount of powder and add the liquid to be thickened. Stir well for a few seconds until completely dissolved and wait 1-2 minutes.
The amount of powder per 100 ml of liquid depends on the desired consistency and the liquid to be thickened:
The product should be used under medical supervision and should not be used as a sole source of nutrition. Do not use in children under three years of age. Not for parenteral use.
Store in a dry place and away from heat sources. Once the jar has been opened, consume within 8 weeks. Keep refrigerated and dispose of thickened, uneaten food and drink within 24 hours.
